Born and raised in Yakima, Washington, I moved to Seattle to attend the University of Washington. A few of the things I enjoyed most while in school were my class in negotiations and my internship with the Athletic Department. Graduating from the Business School with a degree in marketing and human resources, I set off to find the "real world". Before settling into real estate, I worked for the Seattle Mariners, a mortgage company and was a real estate assistant. I have lived in many areas of Seattle including Capital Hill, Madison Park, Lake City, Phinney Ridge, North Beach, and now call Sunset Hill my home. In my spare time I enjoy traveling, hanging out with my Chihuahua Bosco and wine tasting around the country. If you are looking for tips on great wine or coffee, you have come to the right place!
I work in real estate because I love it. Years ago I remodeled my 1926 craftsman and in the process became captivated with houses of all types. As a full-time agent I dedicate an enormous amount of energy and enthusiasm to finding the perfect home for you or helping you sell your current home. There is nothing I would rather do. Whether you are a first time home buyer or have bought and sold many times, I look forward to helping you in every step of the process. We will definitely have a lot of fun along the way!
For those who choose to work with me I offer total dedication. It is my goal to find my clients the best property and negotiate the best terms possible. Most important is that I do not try to sell clients on a house-I let the houses sell themselves. I work tirelessly to make sure the transaction is as smooth as possible. I value trust, honesty and loyalty, and ask the same of the clients I associate with. If you feel the same, we will make a great team.
